FIRST TIME HOME BUYER EDUCATION SEMINARS
House Key State Bond Loan Program & Down Payment Assistance.
Washington State Housing Finance Commission HomeOwnership Programs help low-income and moderate-income homebuyers purchase their first home. You must take one of their classes to become qualified to participate.
The income limit in Clark County to qualify for this program is $67,900 for a 1 to 2 person household - higher for larger families.
These classes are sponsored by Washington State Housing Finance Commission and they are free!
